We start with pre-litigation inspections—often before counsel is selected—and serve as the destructive testing (DT) contractor once an attorney is on board. Our experienced project managers coordinate with residents, experts, and attorneys to ensure testing is handled professionally and all areas are restored as if we were never there.
As litigation progresses, we support Cost of Repair estimates, drawing from DT insights and the expert’s repair scope. Our trial-tested estimators can also testify to validate these costs in court.
We also prepare Settlement Sufficiency Analyses (SSA), giving boards a clear picture of what repairs are achievable within a proposed settlement.
